Her multi-year personal relationships with industry giants such as NFL, Paramount, Procter & Gamble, Old Spice, T-Mobile, Meta, and YouTube allow the MBA team to curate partnerships that put clients first and ensure their career is always reaching the next level.

Leanne is known for her pioneering work in the creator economy where she is committed to creating opportunities and diversifying revenue streams for her clients. In 2019, she established a venture division at MBA where she co-founds companies with creators and helps them leverage their influence for equity in industry leading companies. Leanne currently serves as an investor and advisor, partnering with CPG brands and top tech startups such as Bending Spoons, AMASS, HelloCreator and more.
